Having played and become bored with several MUDs in my day, I recently stumbled upon and fell in love with one called Arantha. It is a simple game, based on the rules of AD&D2. The game possesses a welcoming atmosphere for new players, rewards for roleplay of all types and a highly active administration to facilitate both. Player input is welcomed by the administration, who toil daily to refine and expand their ever-growing world. Arantha is, at the end of the day, one of the MUDs that everyone can afford to give at least an hour to, if only to say hello.
