MUDVerse Voting Guide for Game Owners

Voting helps players support the games they enjoy and determines the current monthly rankings on MUDVerse.

How voting works

One vote every 24 hours

A visitor can vote for one game during each rolling 24-hour period. The limit applies across MUDVerse, not separately to every game.

Votes shape the rankings

Valid votes are counted toward the current month. Games with more votes appear higher in the Top Games rankings.

Each month starts fresh

Vote totals and ranks reset at the beginning of each month, giving every active game another opportunity to climb the list.

Set up voting for your game

  1. Create or claim your listing. Create an account, then add your game. If it is already listed, contact us for ownership help.
  2. Finish your listing. Add an accurate name, description, connection details, website, tags, and banner so voters can recognize your game.
  3. Open My Games. From My Account, choose Vote Code beside the game you want to promote.
  4. Publish the vote button. Copy the provided HTML onto your game website. It links directly to that game’s MUDVerse voting page.
  5. Invite genuine players to vote. Share the voting page with your community, while allowing each player to choose whether to participate.
