Deep immersion RP

Harshlands offers a deeply immersive, RP-enforced experience set in a gritty low-fantasy world. The setting feels grounded and detailed, with skill-based progression with skill cooldowns so there's no grinding, and meaningful jobs that reward long-term character investment. Progress can be slow and the learning curve is real, especially for newcomers, but for players who enjoy deliberate pacing and serious roleplay, Harshlands delivers! Staff are very friendly and helpful, often answering inquiries as soon as they are available. Is something missing in a shop and there's no PC who holds that job in the city? They'll pop it in for you for that necessary item you'll need! Given how they handle things, they both respect players already around while making certain no current players have stagnant progression. They are very reasonable people! I highly recommend this MUD!
